My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and very large, offering a nice view over the square in front of the hotel with the Brandenburger Tor but were a bit old-fashioned with only single beds. The service was a bit slow at times, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was superb, right in the downtown area and near many attractions, although it could be a bit crowded. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious options, but the facilities were not particularly highlighted.
